Shipping & Returns Policy

We continue to follow COVID protocols to keep our processing environment safe as possible. 

United States Delivery

All orders are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery time can take up to 8-14 business days. However, orders may be delivered earlier. Please do not include weekends or holidays. Carriers may not deliver on the weekends, and do not deliver on holidays in certain regions.  

There is no delivery on holidays.  If your order is shipped right before or right after a major holiday, please allow for more dellivery time.

***For International Delivery***

The time that it takes to delivery can be significantly longer than the time provided for delivery within the United States.

We are not responsible for customs fees, import fees, taxes or VAT, or other related costs once the order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

Please do not return any items prior to contacting and receiving a response from support@whenitsnatural.com

Do to the natural nature of our hair and body products, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Before a product is shipped, you may cancel an order.  Orders are entered into the system immediately following order placement. Once your order has begun processing it can not be cancelled.

In the case of W.I.N.'s InspireMee Tread Apparel. Apparel must be in new condition and unworn. Refunds may be processed after inspection of the returned item.  If it is determined that the item is not worn and in new condition, a refund will be issued. If not, the item will not be accepted, but returned to purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To Return Your Item

Customer may make a return and cover the shipping only if the support team authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions at winsupportl@gmail.com in regards to returning an item.
