Delivery

I received my tracking number for my order, but the shipment cannot be found. What do I do?

If your package just shipped, allow one business day for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

We only offer shipping options at this time.

The tracking shows the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.

Provide us the order number and tracking number at support@whenitsnatural.com. A claim with the carrier will be filed. Once investigated, we will be able to explain the next steps.

How will it take for my package to arrive?

Once the package ships it should take no more than 5-10 business days. Please do not include weekends, not every carrier delivers on weekends.  Allow for extra time around major holidays.

Why is the consistency of my hair/body product different from what I recently ordered?

We use natural all natural ingredients. Because, of this, consistency and scent may vary.
